With 16 years of teaching experience, founder, Lotti, transitioned from the classroom to create a supportive, flexible, and holistic learning environment for children. Our mission is to ensure that every child feels valued, capable, and excited about learning—whether they are struggling with confidence, seeking academic challenges, or learning outside the traditional school system.

At Empowerment Education, we provide tailored learning experiences that nurture confidence, curiosity, and academic success.
1:1 Private Tuition (Ages 4-18)
We offer one-to-one private tuition for children and young people who require individualised academic support. Our tuition is designed to help learners catch up, excel, or find alternative pathways to traditional education. We specialise in working with students who need a more tailored approach, including neuro-divergent learners and those who have struggled with confidence in mainstream education.
Exam Preparation (GCSE, Functional Skills, SATs, 11+)
Preparing for exams can be overwhelming, especially for students who need additional support or alternative qualification pathways. We provide structured, targeted exam preparation to ensure learners feel confident and well-prepared for their assessments.
Parent & Family Support (Consultations & Advocacy)
Parents play a critical role in their child’s education, but navigating the system can be complex and overwhelming, especially when additional needs are involved. We provide expert guidance, advocacy, and practical support to help families make informed decisions and access the right resources for their child.
Mentoring Support
At Empowerment Education, we know that every child’s journey is unique. Our mentoring support is designed to help children build confidence, resilience, and a sense of self-belief, whether they are in school or home-educating.
